Get paid a share of every job

Two roles. Pick the one you are here for. The pay and the next step are different for each.

What it pays

No wage and no salary. You are paid a share of the jobs you are part of, and nothing else.

20%
You do the work
Every job you complete. A $500 job pays you $100.
20%
You close the sale
Every job you sell. A $500 job pays you $100.
2.5%
You bring someone in
Every job they do, for as long as you are active. A $500 job pays you $12.50.

Do two of these on one job and you earn both. Sell a $500 job and do the work yourself: $200.

When you earn it

The moment a job is marked completed. Not when it is booked. Not when the customer pays. A job cancelled before it completes pays nothing.

Sharing a job

The 20% splits evenly. Two techs on a $500 job earn $50 each. The pool is 20% of the job, not 20% each.

The 2.5%

Paid out of the company share, so the person you brought in still earns their full 20%. It is one level deep: if they recruit somebody, you earn nothing from that person. It stops if you go 90 days without completing a job of your own.

Getting paid

Weekly, by direct deposit.

Your status

You are a 1099 contractor, not an employee. No tax is withheld. You are responsible for your own, and you get a 1099 at the end of the year.

Every commission is recorded against the job that produced it, with the value and the rate used. Ask to see the jobs behind any payment and you will get the list.

Before you apply

You must be 16 or older.

At 16 and 17 we need a parent or guardian, and our rule is that you do not drive as part of the job.

Bring photo ID to onboarding.

You will need your own transport, or a ride, to get to jobs.
