Home Base Services ("Home Base," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website homebaseservices.us and provides exterior cleaning services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service address where work will be performed
• Details about the property and the work you want done
• Any notes or messages you send us

Information about your service. When we perform work for you, we keep records of the services provided, the date and time, the price quoted and charged, and any follow-up work.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Our website collects standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We use this to understand how the site is used and to attribute inquiries to their source.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote requests and questions
• Schedule, perform, and follow up on services
• Send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about work at your property
• Invoice you and process payment
• Ask for feedback or a review after a completed job
• Keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes

SMS and text messaging

Consent. If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to be contacted, we may contact you by phone call and by text message about your quote request, your appointment, work at your property, and your invoice. Those calls and text messages may be placed or sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You may decline calls and text messages and still buy any service we offer.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text message content with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of sending you text messages is used only to communicate with you about our services, and is shared only with the service providers described below who help us deliver those messages on our behalf.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop receiving messages. Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@homebaseservices.us. To stop phone calls, tell us on any call or contact us at the same address.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

If you provide your email address, we may send you appointment confirmations, invoices, receipts, and information about your service. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages about work you have booked.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:

• Flyra — our customer relationship management and scheduling system, which stores customer records and job history
• Supabase — database hosting for our own records
• Vercel — website hosting
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Cal.com — appointment scheduling
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Telnyx — text message delivery

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Records related to completed work and payments are generally retained for at least four years.

Your choices

Text messages and calls. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. To stop phone calls, tell us on any call or contact us.

Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.

Access and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@homebaseservices.us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information must be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after a deletion request.

Arizona and other state residents. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact us and we will honor requests to the extent the law requires.

Children

Our services are directed to homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page.
