Our process

Four steps, every time

1. 1

   Inspect from the ladder

   We look at flashing, valleys and any lifted tile, and photograph what we find.

2. 2

   Protect below

   Plants, pool edges and painted surfaces soaked and shielded before anything goes on the roof.

3. 3

   Apply and dwell

   A soft-wash solution is applied at garden-hose pressure and allowed to work. No walking on brittle tile.

4. 4

   Rinse and flush

   Gentle rinse, then gutters and downspouts flushed so nothing settles in them.
