These terms govern your use of homebaseservices.us and the services provided by Home Base Services, operated by GG Holdings Group LLC ("Home Base," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Home Base provides exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including pressure washing of siding, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and fences. Additional services may be offered from time to time.

We serve properties within our published service area. If your property is outside that area, we will tell you before scheduling.

Quotes and pricing

Online estimates are estimates. Any price shown on our website, provided over the phone, or generated by our online quote tool is an estimate based on the information given. It is not a binding quote.

Firm pricing comes from the on-site walkthrough. Our crew will walk the property with you, confirm the scope of work, and give you a firm price before any work begins. You are free to decline that price at no charge and with no obligation.

What can change a price. Square footage, number of stories, surface condition, accessibility, the age and severity of staining, and the actual scope of work all affect final pricing.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments. We will confirm your appointment date and time. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, traffic, and the length of prior jobs can affect timing. We will contact you if we are running significantly behind.

Cancellation and rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule at any time before work begins at no charge. We ask for as much notice as you can give.

Weather. We may reschedule for weather or unsafe working conditions. We will contact you to arrange a new time.

Access. You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned, including access to a working water source and, where needed, an electrical outlet. If we cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule.

Payment

When you pay. Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

How you pay. We accept payment by card, processed by Stripe, Inc. We may also accept other payment methods at our discretion.

Late payment. Invoices unpaid after the stated due date may be subject to follow-up and, where permitted by law, reasonable collection costs.

Your property

Preparation. Before we arrive, please close windows and doors, move vehicles and outdoor furniture away from the work area, secure pets, and tell us about anything fragile, recently painted, damaged, or otherwise needing care.

Pre-existing conditions. Pressure washing and soft washing can reveal existing damage such as loose paint, damaged siding, failed caulking, rotted wood, or defective seals. We are not responsible for damage that results from pre-existing conditions, and we will tell you if we notice something before we begin.

Landscaping. We take reasonable care to protect plants and landscaping. Some cleaning solutions can affect sensitive plants despite precautions.

Results. Some stains, oxidation, rust, and weathering cannot be fully removed by cleaning. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before starting work.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This applies to the work performed under the agreed scope.

Text messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS messages from Home Base Services relating to your quote request, appointment scheduling, work at your property, invoices, and service follow-up. Those calls and messages may be placed or sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive calls or text messages in order to buy any service from us.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. To stop phone calls, tell us on any call or contact us at hello@homebaseservices.us.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to obtaining our services. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Home Base Services or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Base Services and GG Holdings Group LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
